[Resolved] Kent RO — technicians are cancelling the service request by itself

I Dr. NEERAJ KUMAR SINGH M.D. M.B.B.S. (assistant professor) has bought KENT PRIME MINERAL RO kr[protected], in warranty with istallation date 24-q10-2017. but inspite of repeated service request, no one is attending. i would not buy kent product in future, promice.
i am sharing technician details who have rejected the complaint and closed the request by itself.
1. krishna kant verma - ph - [protected]
2. ratan agrahatri - ph - [protected]
3. ganesh - ph - [protected]
these are the technicians and krishna kant verma has rejected the request twice.
kindly take some serious action against them or expel them from kent.
i am putting a complaint against kent in consumer forum too.
