DEAR SIR, I AM THE OWNER OF KENT RO(GRAND)MACHINE SNO...KR[protected]. I BOOKED THE COMPLAINT FOR NOT WORKING OF THE RO MACHINE ON DATED 11TH MAY'2015 VIDE COMP.NO.[protected]. I GOT THE SMS FROM COMPANY THAT TECHNICIAN JAMUNAPRASAD WILL CONTACT & ATTEND.BUT LATER ON SMS READ THAT MR.CHANDRESH WILL ATTEND. SO FAR THE PROBLEM IS AS IT IS WITH TOTAL UNCERTANITY.REPEATED EFFORT TO CONTACT BOTH THE ABOVE TECHNICIANS YIELD NO RESULT.MR CHANDRESH STATED ABOUT HIS NON AVAILABILITY AT HQ. I AM SURPRISED WHEN KENT DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE SUPPORT STAFF, WHY AMC ARE BEING UNDERTAKEN AT DELHI. I NEED YOUR IMMEDIATE HELP & ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM.
