Yesterday a Kent service person fitted it. However, he didn't manage to even close the water inlet. As soon as he opened the cork, water started splashing all over kitchen. He tried to fix his nozzle even when there was water with high pressure. Once done he charged me 4500 (filter change + service charge). Soon after he left water started to leak from inlet pipe. I tried calling Kent office and the person who fitted it. Kent said they would send a service person. Next day, a different person attended and informed that inlet pipe is broken. We cannot do anything. My complete kitchen is flooded with water now. I have a 6yr old boy. Never seen such a pathetic service in my life. Now, I'm asked to call a carpenter, plumber to fix it. Such a shame.
