I'm very dissatisfied with the response received from kent service team, first of all the technicians are not trained and secondly the asm's doesn't have sense to communicate or resolve the issue, and finally very bad response from customer care as well.
My complaint id has been closed without resolving and they have not even taken my consent before closing the ticket - [protected]. I have lost trust on the kent company itself, i have incurred loss and will definitely take this remark to consumer forum and give the worst feedback for kent service and customer care.
I have raised a service complaint for my kent pristine on 8th march. Technician (Suresh b) visited on 9th and told us the motor got damaged and he said we need to change all the 3 filters along with the motor for the proper functioning of the machine. This happened because of the wrong installation of frt filter by the technician named sanjeeva. We said we are not ready to pay the amount because it is a fault of technician. He then spoke to soa (Praveen) the conversation was in telugu and the soa asked him why did you inform about wrong installation to the customer. The technician then tried to cover up himself and said please do not inform this to anyone that i told about wrong installation as his job will be under trouble. He then redirected us to his manager. I spoke to praveen who is very rude to us and said if you know it is because of wrong installation the machine got damaged you would have repaired it your self. He doesn't have a sense to talk to the customer. He himself claimed as asm. Then i raised a ticket to [protected]@kent. On 10th i received a call from bhaskar who is a asm and he will resolve the issue. The next day when i spoke to him, he changed his words saying the technician who replaced the filters earlier was not his person. I don't understand what the hell is he saying. We as he is a asm the service technician will be under him. He raised his hands saying they cannot repair free of cost. I raised the concern to customer care and then praveen soa has visited us. He opened the machine. To my surprise he doesn't know where is frt and has taken the picture and asked someone else. He informed the customer care that we got the machine repaired by local technician. Even though i showed the bill to them from their authorised service dealer. Customer care team then connected to another asm who said he will check with the technicians and get back to us by next day never called us. Every one was playing and trying to escape saying the mistake was not by their end. Even kent company supported then leaving the customer helpless. They said they can provide the discount of 10% but not ready to bear the loss incurred for my machine which is of 6700.
It's been 2 weeks and no one bothered to take the feedback or update from the customer.
I regret purchasing kent machine who doesn't value customer satisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
