[Resolved] Kent RO — Wrong machine case are updated | |||
Dear consumer team I have purchased on Kent water grand plus water purifier on dated 25/05/2020 with 04 years warranty free services card from flipkart online company After that as per rules I called Kent customer care service number on this [protected] on shown at purifier machine They have send service engineer for installation Then after 2 months got 2nd service But on date 20/10/2020 3rd service time Kent customer care executive saying that in there system shown that I have purchased from reliance so call there Even I have more than 15 times complain flipkart same case they are also not solve my case Due to no drinking water my whole family suffering I have sent mails also Kent team and flipkart with proper bill invoice Up to now nobody helped me So kindly take very serious against Kent water purifier because if I have purchased from reliance why they have send 03 times service from same customer service and same number I am using Kent app also it's working andy mobile number also registered on Kent [protected] Thanks and regards Imran Khan saifi [protected] Kandhla city shamli up west Awaiting for needful response Was this information helpful? | |||
