[Resolved] Kent RO — Wrong Product installed but no one responding! | |||||
We have purchased a Kent RO Water Purifiier worth Rs-7500/- last week but after its installation we found that it is same as Tap water.We have asked customer care very next day and escalated this case to CEO Mr.Mahesh Gupta then a Technician visited and informed us that "THIS PPRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE AS WATER OF YOUR AREA IS NOT GOOD" .So, he suggested us to exchange this product with our high value RO purifier.So, we told that ok we do not have issues in that and we will pay the diifference amount.It has been seven days almost but we have not received any call/mail from Kent. we have escalated this matter through twitter, facebook but not getting any revert till date.
