Kerala Fashion Jewellery — gold against not refunded my jewelers and my money not refunded

Sir, last 2 years back 40 grams against 75000 loan taken in this shop till now i am 17 due paid total 96000 rs worh gold paid . yesterday i am going to shop not refunded my gold and my money please kindly help my current conditions is very bad, shop is empty and KFJ shop almost all shops closed mylapore branch only open item of material not available at shop kindly help me sir

Monthly scheme all show rooms closed do not know what to do please help

This is Srijith and my loan#205. I had taken 1, 00, 000 RS against 40 grams of gold. Also repaid the whole amount and my 2 year term period has been completed. Now KFJ is not replying to my emails or calls. I'm a NRI and not able to reach them out.
