The complainant is about the bus which have registered name as NMS & bears the registration number as KL-44F 5575. It also run services at night from Ernakulam/Kochi to Adimali. The conductor & the driver behave very badly and abuse the passengers.
Also they refuse to pick up the short distance passengers. If the short distance passengers board the bus, they don't allow him/her to sit or take a seat.
