I want to know when i will get my refund for the cancelled ticket. The journey date - 2nd january 2019, trip code-2130knrbng

Pnr k469605 it's almost 2weeks i still didn't get any message of refund but i got a message say saying refund process has been initiated but till now i didnt get any message from bank so i request you to check if it is done or not
