My consumer number is i tried to pay bill on online bank transcation on south indian bank app. But due to bad net work condition the transcation failed but debited the bill amount on account. The same time kseb online transcation shows failure status. So please clarify the amount goes to where or refund to my account? Please replay to my email [protected]@gmail.com thanks and regard.
