[Resolved]  Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — billing failure

I have made online payment for bill on 23/10/2017 through south indian bank, internet banking the money got deducted from bank, but the bill payment was not successful. My account at is not showing as bill is paid. Please credit that amount back to my bank account or make the bill paid

My consumer no is[protected]. I have made online payment of bill no '[protected] on 18 05 2018 through Debit card of federal bank. an amount of Rs 1502.00 including the additional amount of Rs 9.00 as demanded is deducted from my bank account. I have received a receipt no[protected] through mobile. later I have received another message stating that the online payment is failed. Please examine and either adjust the payment towards the bill or make refund of the amount.
