Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Disconnected electricity even after the payment | |||
My consumer number is[protected] and my bill no:[protected]. I had paid last month electricity bill by[protected] of rs 1315.00 through Online. In my home, my old mother is the only person staying right now. Today the KSEB employees came to my home and simply disconnected the connection by saying as we haven't paid the Bill!!!. After that while I enquired, i got the information as though I had paid the bill, I havn't paid the AnulACD and thats the reason to disconnect. If that is the case, while disconnecting they should tell that clearly, instead of saying as we didnt payed the bill.This is really humiliating . Without any notice they are disconnecting even not a humanian considerations Was this information helpful? | |||
