My consumer number is[protected]. I received a bill on 27/07/2018 via bill number[protected] for rupees1885/-. Out of this amount rupees 663/- is shown as adjustment (arrear). I want to know what this arrear is as I have no outstanding amount.

I had paid the bill of Rs. 1354 (Consumer No.[protected] via online payment method on 26th July 2018 and the money has been deducted from my account. [Transaction Amount-₹1, 354.00 Dr, Transaction Id-S81272560]

The transaction has failed and I am yet to receive the refund. Please do the needful.
