Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — huge bill amount

My customer no.[protected], bill no.[protected], bill payable amount is4575, this is too much. Previous month it was only 816. I want to know how this amount comes. Is it from your irregular meter reading due to kovid. Then please let me to reduce the amount. I hope you will inform me soon the fact. Mob. No.[protected]
