Sir,
Our company is with ht connection kseb. On 15th june 2018 (Today) we were without power supply after 9 am, waited till 10 am. We tried many times to contact kseb kottarakara east office enquiry regarding this through land phone[protected]. Unfortunately the telephone was not being attended by anybody and we were without any feedback from kseb office. So after 10 clock i contacted the ae kseb kottarakara east in official phone number - [protected] but the reply from the responsible engineer was relectant to the problem ie, the reply from the ae was 'i am in varkala now, am i able to come there and solve your problem of power failure'
Sir, such type of irresponsible reply is not accetptable to any customer even though our company holding ht connection.
You are requested to do the necessary actions accordingly.
