Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — low power supply

Respect sir,
I am amrutha jayakumar from kottayam. I am a consumer of kseb pallickathodu kottayam district. My complaint is low power supply which we are facing for around 1 year, and for this 1 year we are constantly complaining to our pallickathodu supply office but the officials are not giving much concern to our complaint. The main issue of this low power supply is because of a poultry farm in our village it's consuming much greater amount of current supply. Because of that single farm we a whole village is facing a great issue. I patiently request the authorities to take some sort of relief to our problem. As a consumer of kseb, who has paid the security amount and regularly paying the bills, i request the authorities to solve our problem. This is a humble request.
