Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — online payment issue

I have made online payment for bill on 28/03/2020 and 30/03/2020.The money got deducted from bank on these two attempts but the bill payment was not successful. My account at https://wss.kseb.in. is not showing as bill is paid. Please credit that amount back to my bank account or make the bill paid
