Need refund for the ticket booked on april 2, the general strike day

I have booked the ticket from kannur to bangalore on 21.03.2018 (Date of journey being 02.04.2018) and on that day all kerala trade union strike had happen, so ksrtc service was not there. But i did not get the refund for the booked ticket yet. Total fare for the ticket was 494.
