Sir, I have booked two tickets through KSRTC Online booking, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from debit card of Rs.1178. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is KL1329232. Date of booking is 13/09/2016. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount. I booked two tickets from mangalore to kottayam and kottayam to mangalore for the 23'rd and 26'th respectively and the money was debitted from my account but the ticket was not generated. please do the needful to refund the amount of Rs.1086 back.
