[Resolved]  Kerala Water Authority — Drinking water leakage

The pipe outside my house has been broken since so many days. I personally went to the water authority and informed them but they never showed up. I wonder why they have a telephone there, tried reaching them through phone several times. Water is been wasted for no reason, when the world is crying for pure water. Whom should I complaint now? ?
