Kerala Water Authority — excessive service charges on payment by online banking | |
I have made online payment from my account in union bank through netbanking. The bill amount was rs 134, while the total money debited from my account was rs 142.26, which is over 6%. Almost all other utility payments attract not more than 2% for online payments, whiler the phone company bsnl charges zero. Kindly look into this for some redressal and relief.
