Hi team, I have paid 52.26 rupees for the water bill on 06 may 2019. During the bill payment transaction seems to be failed, but amount deducted from my bank account. Payment was done through sbi netbanking. Could you please credit back the amount as soon as possible. Unable to Pay my Water bills online for last 15 dayas due to site your maintenance. When I have contacted our water authority office I received an irresponsible reply that they are helpless and it is server problem and server is located at Thiruvananthapuram. Please do necessary so that we can pay water bill bill online at the earliest.
