Dear sir I have booked e -4 europe tour departure date 23rd april 19, befor 9 months and paid full amount. Out of your many tour of europe i have chosen this tour because it was covering london. It took me 50 long year to fulfil my and wife dream to see london and worked hard to accumulate 5 lac of europe tour. We both are working as a teachers. Now due to jet airways problem i am asked to pay additional 30000 rs. And skipping london from my iteneary. Its very much upsetting us. Making us unhappy. So i requested them to postpone my dates for 1, 2, 3, months and do the need full. My feelings and sentiment are deeply hurt. So now again i have to spend approximately extra 2 lac to see london next time which will be too much of loss to us. So plesae find some suitable solutions.
