Kesco Kanpur — Regarding electric pole issue faced

Hi team,

I am writing this email to highlight that electric pole issue was reported about a month back to kesco department, but even after more than a month, no action has been taken yet.
Request your immediate attention towards this, as pole might collapse any day and there would be lot of issues.

Before sending the email even, my father had visited in person many times the kesco substation at hanspuram since 9th nov 2016, but to no avail.

I am writing this email to bring to your notice that electric pole in front of my house is tilting day by day and might collapse to ground any day.

My father has already given intimation to your department at hanspuram branch,
But till now no action is noticed.

Written application with sign from nearby people is already handed over, and this email is to request you to expedite the process.
