Keve Shop — order not delivered in spite of payment done

I have ordered shirts online from kev shop on 22nd feb 2020, it was mentioned as 7 to 14 days for delivery, but till date i have not received any call or message from the vendor
Nor they have any contact details to contact them they have only mail to send in case any issue

I have sent the mails on their portal but no reply from them till date, it seems to be fraud company which says buy one get one offer for one day. But we can see the same on portal every day
