[Resolved]  KFC — Amount deducted. No refund provided

Hi
I have placed an order with kfc app and paid the amount from my paytm wallet. Amount have been successfully deducted from paytm wallet but order was not placed with kfc. I got this message from kfc soon after amount have been deducted.

We are trying to push your order. In case your order is not placed, order amount will be refunded within 4-5 business days

It's been 5 days and the amount still not credited.
Am attaching the screenshot from kfc app and paytm with this message.
