[Resolved] KFC — cheating by kfc by placing order from their app. | |||
As i was ordering on 29 feb 2020, i choose google pay upi for payment there transaction was successful but on the kfc app i have seen a msg for payment and no order id is generated but the amount is debit from my account. And finally, order not placed. It is about 7 days i didn't get a refund for this. Kindly help. I placed the order again with different modes of payment that order placed. My contact no during order was [protected] Kindly refund it soon. I m attaching the screenshot of txn page from google pay and another screenshot when order i was placed. When i contact [protected] kfc janakpuri 3 they deny any such order they received but on my second order, the billing address is shown their store location. Just i need my refund for upi payment.
