KFC India — about refund of double charging of bill

Dear sir, we had enjoyed a good meal at kfc in piccadilly square mall, sec34 chandigarh on 24-12-17 at about 12:00 pm
I had paid my bill with my card but it was charged 2 times nd they tell me that it will be refunded as soon as possible and i also trust on them nd did not even check my balance. And today when i was to about pay some other bill at some place with my friends i came to know that it is till yet not refunded and it was highly humilating in front of my friends
So i request u to take suitable action as soon as possible because already it is about 10 days and money is not refunded
