[Resolved]  KFC India — action required

I have been charged for the order that did not even got placed. No good response from the team; assurance of 100% refund by manish but he is not even replying.

Have seen one more complaint of same matter; this is what you guyz are upto. Please make money by fair means. On the top employees are seems to be involved. Such a bad customer service.

Highly dissappointed.

The total amount bill was Rs. 715 but Rs. 860 is charged to my credit card.

I have placed my order on kfc at around 7 pm on 22/08 . I made my payment of 681.01 rupees using my tez upi account. I paid amount successfully but my order wasnt placed though the money is deducted. Theres no sign of failed payment. Also they havent messaged me regarding refund.
