KFC India — amount debited in-spite o[censored]nsuccessful transaction

For unsuccessful transaction amount has been debited from my credit card for INR 459.38. While contacted your customer care at[protected]. She says that no such transaction occurs. I was in the heck of god damn frustration. When will my amount get credited back? I need a responsible reply. Order placing store Salem via KFC online website.
