KFC India — I am complaining about kfc store in gip mall as they did not returned my due money after billing

On 12th of January 2019 at 2PM I went to KFC Store and purchased Veg Ginger burger of Rs 149 with cheese and gave 500 rs Note but at present they were not having change so they asked me that after having your snacks you can collect the rest amount. As I missed to collect on same day. So i went on 14th Jan 2019 to recollect, but they denied. As I asked them to kindly go through your camera recording but they didn't and treated me in rude manner.
