[Resolved]  KFC India — incorrect billing/food too cold

Dear team,
Yesterday i have visited kfc janak puri store i have ordered smokey red (5 piece) and a medium coke and guy at counter punched the incorrect order and i have complaint for the same with staff member but they told me to wait and assured me that issue will be resolved. But when i was having my food the same guy who had punched my order came to me and forced me to order something else costing 43rs i said i dont want anything please return my amount. He denied and said we cannot return the amount you have to order something. It was such a disappointing revert which i got from that guy. After doing a mistake he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize and refund the amount. Smoky red chick was also cold very hard to eat. I need immediate action on this.
