This happened at the tiruvalla kfc whichbwas recently opened. As soon as i entered the i stood in cue and i see that people order from my side nd get the receipt.. When my turn comes i stand there unattende for 15 minutes and no one from the staff side bothered to tell me the counter was closed until i asked why my order is not taken. Wtf..
