I ordered online from the kfc himayat nagar branch in hyderabad. Got nothing in return but a bunch of lies. I think that's what kfc customer care is trained to do, lie through their teeth to the customers. After placing an order at 8.57 pm, i received a message at 9.04 pm. Saying my order has been dispatched. After waiting for 25 mins i called customer care. Their first lie was to tell me the order is dispatched & i will get a call from the rider in 5 mins & my food will be delivered in 10 mins. After 10 mins, with no call & no rider, i called up again. This time another executive lied & said the order is dispatched & the rider will be calling me in 5 mins. After 10 mins i called up & demanded to know what the hell was going on with my order. Another executive put me on hold for a very very long time & finally said "ma'am sorry, but your order has not been dispatched yet". And he says he can connect me to the store manager. What in the world should i do with the store manager?? I told the executive that this is a pathetic service, they only lie to their customers, and after one hour they finally have the guts to speak the truth & say my order is not dispatched. I waited for a whole long hour just to be told this nonsense! And what will the store manager do after all our hunger has died??
It is such a shame and disgrace that kfc treats it's customers like this. A bunch of liars are operating the customer care services. And kfc online delivery is such a pathetic & low standard service. If you don't know the basics of customer service & online delivery system, why even offer it?? We are better off with other delivery services that at least don't make a habit of lying to their customers. I cancelled my order and i told them i will escalate this issue. And i will make sure everybody, including the ceo of kfc gets to know about the inefficient, sub standard & horrible online service of kfc. Was this information helpful? |
