KFC India — KFC India amount debited using PAYTM but order not placed using kfc app | |
I tried to place order using kfc app for Classic Chicken Zinger Combo and 2 Pc Hot & Crispy Chicken on 25 may 2020 @ 03:44 pm for rs. 423.25/- (With Free Delivery Option) and proceed with online payment option using PAYTM, I paid amount using PAYTM, following which the amount was debited from my account but i never reflected in my kfc app account neither i received any order or message or email for order placement. Today 30 June 2021 I ordered a Kfc dilivery at 9:15 pm and I have done my payment through paytm wallet . My amount of Rs 1313. is deducted from paytm wallet to “Sapphire food India private ltd. but order is not placed
