KFC India — KFC India amount debited using PAYTM but order not placed using kfc app

I tried to place order using kfc app for Classic Chicken Zinger Combo and 2 Pc Hot & Crispy Chicken on 25 may 2020 @ 03:44 pm for rs. 423.25/- (With Free Delivery Option) and proceed with online payment option using PAYTM, I paid amount using PAYTM, following which the amount was debited from my account but i never reflected in my kfc app account neither i received any order or message or email for order placement.

I tried calling everywhere to know the status of my order but all their customer no. has been disconnected. What kind of service are they giving where we cannot contact anyone when needed. I wasted my 1 hr trying to find out what happened to my order but cannot contact anyone.

Today march 28 2020 at 2:38pm myself go to the kfc hub trivandrum pattom (kerala), while using the application kfc india but the cash payment was done through paytm portal. As usual my bank balance had deducted with 599 and i got a message from paytm.unless there is no other confirmation mail or messages aren't arrived from kfc.several times I were asked about my order but the reply was same there is no other confirmation arrived. Unfortunately i nearly wait around 1hr for picking my order but they never get the confirmation. I dont know what the hell was going on. Then i left the store without having my lunch. Im attaching the amount has deducted from my account below. I need the refund of 599 immediately or else i have to go for the consumerport for these kind of cheating. Feeling highly irritated. tried to call your few fake toll free numbers all are does not exist.here I'm attaching my reference number that produced from paytm also attaching an image for a cross verification.

Today 30 June 2021 I ordered a Kfc dilivery at 9:15 pm and I have done my payment through paytm wallet . My amount of Rs 1313. is deducted from paytm wallet to “Sapphire food India private ltd. but order is not placed
