KFC India — kfc online gift card amount deducted but no refund till date

I had booked two 1000 rupees gift voucher online at https://online.kfc.co.in/contact-us on saturday, 11th november 2017. But the vouchers were not received and at end of payment i got a message that something went wrong. The amount was deducted from my account and i mailed to hcc mumbai and they replied that it will be refunded within 2 days
But still now no refund
