KFC India — Money debited from my paytm wallet but transaction failed

Address:near Krazy For Chocolates, 1858/1, 3rd Floor Acropolis Mall Rajdanga Main Road, Kasba, Kolkata, 700107

As i was ordering on 3 August 2021, i choosen paytm wallet for payment there transaction was successful but transaction failed.

It is about 7 days i didn't got refund for this. Kindly help
