KFC India — Money deducted from account but did get the order confirmation OR refund | |||||
Name: Babu Mob: [protected] On Feb 1st, I order food worth 710.44 rs. Money got deducted from my Citibank account and order was not placed. When I called the customer care they told me that, as it is wednesday because of the network congestion payment might not be processed and you will get your money refunded. Please place the order again. Believing that I will get money refunded, I order same food items again. But my money for the failed transaction is not refunded. Its been more than 20 days. last week I called the customer care they said they will arrange a callback but no boday called me. :( Was this information helpful? | |||||
