KFC India — no delivery of my order even after waiting for about 1 hour

I had placed an order from kfc gurgaon, cyber park branch at about 5:38 pm. I kept waiting for a call from delivery executive but didn't receive any call. I waited till about 30 mins and called kfc to enquire. They said it will arrive by 6:10. I gave another call at 6: 20 but no use. I kept waiting, didn't get my order. The complaint number at kfc was: k[protected]

Just at 5:39ordered chicken burger wid extra cheese as takeaway from sapphire foofs india pvt ltd. Nh24, delhi moradabad highway, gajraula. But the burger has zero cheese which we get to know wen started eating... Seems fooled n manipulated.. Ridiculous for brand image of kfc. Order no. Was 1556

I placed an order on kfc website and made payment through google pay . Amount of 560.01 got debited from my dbs digibank but kfc website says payment failed . Even the store of west Patel Nagar said they have not recieve order .
