I had ordered for home.delivery to kasturi nagar from kammanahalli kfc.store which is hardly 3km dist. First of all the people who take home delivery orders are very rude. I know that home delivery is for only 2kms but I requesed them to make an exception for 1km. My house is just 3km away from kfc store. Despite the request they spoke very rude. This I did not expect from the KFX people. Very disappointed.

This regarding order no. is[protected]. This order is not delivered since KFC is not having delivery in my area. I have payed money through net banking. But till now that amount is not refunded.

KFC — Poor service

I have ordered 2 mojito on express avenue. After waiting fr 20 minutes oly I got. It's not a rush time also.. Person who billed me is a women she playing with her friend. After I asked d order oly she gave d crusher..

I ordered for 12 piece boneless chicken for my guest though we dont consume non veg but i ordered it for my guest.Then after an hour a delivery.person called me regarding the address, i explained him the address and he said that he is parking his vehicle and just coming to give the food.Half hour passed but no one came then afyer 45 minutes a delivery person called me regarding the address i inquired that earlier someone was asking for the address then he said that that person forgot the bill.I gave him the address and i gave him 5 landmarks to identify the house but the person was so stupid that he took 1 hour to get to the address till theb the guest have left and from the next day navraat were taking place so i cancelled the order and asked for refund they said that i will get refund the next day but it has been 2 days i havent received the refund please look into tha matter and i except prompt action from your end . Thankyou.
