KFC India — Online payment made for order not placed

I ordered for 6+3 fiery grilled chicken and the final cart amt was paid
through Citi credit card of Rs. 542.25 @ 8.42pm on 6th Jan 2017

But the order, was not placed and the amount got debited. I spoke to Mr.
Praveen / Mr. Stephen who confirmed with T.Nagar KFC store that that
particular order was not placed at all and we will get the amount refunded
in some days.

So I had to order again for the same thing again by paying thru CC machine
brought to my home

Request to kindly refund the amount debited of Rs. 542.25 back to the
original payment mode at the earliest.

As per advice provided thru KFC helpline @ +[protected], I have emailed this to hcc.[protected]@sapphirefoods.in

Even after several contact I am yet to receive the refund. Now I am completely not able to reach anyone or getting response
