[Resolved] KFC India — ordered have not been placed but money got deducted

Tried ordering providing all the details from kfc in kfc app without signing in.. When tried placing order it didn't get placed.. Shown error transaction still the money got deducted.. And when cross checked it showed no order has been placed infact blank.. When contacted kfc authority they said no such order has been placed by the said name or place.. Now tell me whom to contact to get reversal? Kindly make an app more reliable to public. So irritating using the app.. Disgusting!
