KFC India — poor customer service missing order details

Hi visited kothapet branch with my kids and ordered for veg zinger for my kids they took the order and even after 25 minutes they did not delivered, when i checked at the billing counter, they don’t have any queue mechanism indeed they did not had my order details also, later the guy at the billing counter started searching for my order they could not find my order. My order number was 30. Then i requested the guys to cancel my order and refund my money back after 45 minutes they were just searching for my order details and told will prepare the order. My kids along with m walk out of the restaurant without any m al this is one of the worst restaurant branch without any ethics and poor customer service. Jut minting customer money and charging heavily to the customer.
