[Resolved]  KFC India — refund of my money

Address:Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, 524003

I ordered kfc on 6/02 via kfc india app, i paid through google pay as i've always done, after i authorise the payment, my money got deducted and i went back to the app but the order did not go through. The order status showed payment not done yet. Transaction id[protected]
Since i had to have dinner i ordered again through swiggy (India) and this time it went smoothly.. There is no way i could find to ask for a refund. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest as this is just unacceptable.
