KFC India — refund payment | |||||
I had placed an order (Quick book) on 5th july and the order was supposed to be delivered by kfc sector 47 gurugram, haryana. Unfortunately they had some issue on their end so they cancelled my order. I was told that my money would refund back within 15days. I waited... Waited.. For exact 15 days and then i called them their customer care executive said, "sir i'm raising an complain and within 10-15 minutes a person from same kfc shop will contact you". U know what i did?? I waite for that #g 10-15mins but no one called me. It has been 20days they are not refunding my money. I am attaching screen shot of order details. Pls help me.. I placed an online order on June 30th.order number is 9499. After the money got debited, the store later called to say they cannot deliver. However, the dame store has delivered in the past. I was told I'll get my refund within 14 working days. I still have not received it. Kindly expedite the matter.
