[Resolved] KFC India — regarding not refunding the amount of double payment since one month | |||
I visited the kfc crown interiorz on 17 june 2020. I ordered a rs 599 bucket for takeaway. I made a payment using upi id paytm[protected]@paytm and the transaction id was[protected] at 8:15 pm in the name of deyvani with remarks as oid[protected]@kfc india. The payment was completed but my order wasn't placed on kfc. I made another payment using the same upi id and the transaction id was[protected] at 8:43 pm. This time my order was placed. I contacted the manager who said that i will be refunded the amount for the first transaction within 7 days. It has been more than one month and there has been no action from your end to initiate the refund. This is highly unprofessional from a big brand name like kfc. The payment is completed but no service was provided to me at that day. I expect either refund or the item for which i made the payment as this is highly unprofessional and has caused inconvenience to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
