KFC India — selling old food and not providing the resolution

I received a old chicken from kfc outlet... I complained to the restaurant but they are not ready to accept the mistake and they are helpless and now my money is fully wasted and health issues. I want kfc head to take immediate action against the restaurant and get back me the proper solution.

I have ordered kfc 5 in zinger box on 31/12/2018 by evening... I got confirmation email and by midnight money got deducted from my account but I didn't get my order and I had sent message but no action taken for dat... I want my account to be refund...
