[Resolved] KFC India — The attitude of the staff | |||
I visited kfc outlet in m3m urbana, golf course extension road, sector 67, gurugram on 20th aug, 8: 20 pm while i was in the queue i was asked to scan and place the order online. I did it. The payment went from paytm. And then they said they received it. After 10 minuted they gave me a whole chicken bucket. I told them i have not ordered for so much, mine was a burger. They couldnt find my order and so they said they say you place the order again and make the payment again. I showed them the paytm app and the, money deducted. Just to fool me, this particular person said it will be refunded. On my insistance he took a snap of the paytm details. He again urged me to pay and order and i declined saying, i should have just being in the queue and ordered. By then his attitude had started changing. When we said we will complain, he was indifferent to it and he said you can by all means in a very cold manner. My money which is only 169 is still valuable to me. And i didnt like his comment. I said i was standing in the queue and i scanned as you said and now how can you say the order has not come. He didnt bother to look at any details. By then i said, i will complain about you and he said- please go and complain about me and this outlet in a very 'i dont care' manner. And he moved on. I came back with no food and having spent 3 litres of my petrol ..My time... My momey and all i get is this attitute. The least he coyuld do was apologise. But he had such an attitude that he wasnt even ready to stand there and answer questions. What kind of interviews does kfc do before taking their staff? why is my 169 rs not valued when i could have had something else with it but i came to kfc. I would like an answer and i would like to get my money back and also i formally place a comp;lain against that partivclar person who was in the serving dept for mistreating customers especilly women as they dont care two hoots about women and respecting them.
