KFC India — transaction failed and money debited

Hi my kfc account is [protected]@gmail.com & mb: [protected] -
On 19th feb'20 i made a online order for rs.683.99 twice through icici bank and its failed and money debited from icici account (Bil/onl/[protected]/kentuckyf/kfc_rici8539782 and bil/onl/[protected]/kentuckyf/kfc_rici8539789), still i have not got refund for this transactions. Please initiate refund

Hello, what is the status of my complaint. I lost almost rs.2000 in same day with 3 payments of rs. 683.99 (2 from ICICI netbanking and 1 from HSBC Credit card), thought I will get refund surely for failed payments. but still its not resolved
