I am rohit patel. I was trying to order using kfc app the transaction was successful but order was not confirmed it happened 3 times and amount was deducted for all 3 and it's been 5 days i have mailed regarding this on kfcindia. [protected]@sapphirefoods.in but didn't got any reply. KFC India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 31, 2020 KFC India Customer Care's response Hi Rohit, this should not have happened. Please share your concern on [protected]@yum.com and we will look into it.
