KFC India — transaction was successful and amount deducted but order not confirmed and didn't get refund

Address:Saki naka Andheri east, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400059

I am rohit patel. I was trying to order using kfc app the transaction was successful but order was not confirmed it happened 3 times and amount was deducted for all 3 and it's been 5 days i have mailed regarding this on kfcindia. [protected]@sapphirefoods.in but didn't got any reply.
